With more than 15 years’ experience in social media management, Marcie brings true community to the social media channels she oversees and brand awareness to each client’s unique mission and need.
Marcie’s career path has led her to a wide array of industries, including: financial planning, faith-based nonprofits, animal welfare and advocacy, televeterinary services and executive recruiting. In addition to managing large-scale marketing campaigns and social media communities, Marcie also administers cloud applications and databases, e-newsletter marketing strategy and analytics reporting. Marcie is also a veteran public speaker and teaches professional social media practices to nonprofits, empowering them to voice and share their unique missions in the recruitment of sponsors, supporters, staff candidates and donors. In addition to her professional path, Marcie is passionate about empowering women and girls to achieve economic empowerment through education. She serves as Media Chair for her local Soroptimist International club and also uses her sewing skills as a sewing volunteer for Days for Girls. She also enjoys reading, gardening and traveling with her family. Marcie lives in San Diego, CA, with her husband.
